This appointment typically occurs every 6-8 weeks. Since each pair of feet is unique, the treatments provided will vary for each individual. Services may include toenail cutting and filing, removal of hard skin and corns, and addressing any other concerns you might have, such as ingrown toenails or fungal issues.

Diagnosing a fungal infection based solely on visual inspection can be quite challenging. While many practitioners may feel confident in identifying these infections at first glance, various factors can complicate the diagnosis.
To enhance accuracy, we provide a quick and painless solution that involves collecting nail clippings. A positive result confirms the presence of dermatophytes, indicating a fungal nail infection, while a negative result suggests that a fungal infection is absent, warranting further examination of other nail conditions. Please note that the cost of our fungal test will be added to your routine appointment, and if necessary, a letter to your GP will be provided to confirm the findings.

If you’re experiencing foot pain unrelated to skin or nail issues, a Musculoskeletal (MSK) evaluation of your feet and lower limbs might be necessary. This comprehensive assessment aims to identify any structural or functional problems contributing to your discomfort.
Our Podiatrist will start by collecting a detailed history of your symptoms and may visually assess your current footwear. They will evaluate your posture in various positions—sitting, lying down, and standing—while assessing joint movement, muscle strength, and the shape of your feet. To enhance our analysis, we will utilise advanced Footscan® technology. This thorough approach enables us to identify any gait abnormalities that may be contributing to your pain and help guide you toward recovery.
Following the assessment, our Podiatrist will provide a diagnosis and discuss a variety of personalised treatment options designed to relieve your pain and enhance your mobility, including:
Orthotics: Options ranging from standard and semi-custom to bespoke 3D-printed insoles tailored specifically for you (additional fee).
Rehabilitation Exercises: Customised exercises focused on strengthening and rehabilitating your condition.
Footwear Advice: Expert recommendations for optimal footwear choices.
Pain relief: A selection of options for effective pain management.
Mobilisation Techniques: Innovative strategies to enhance your movement.
Strapping and Taping: Targeted support for affected areas.
For those seeking maximum comfort, bespoke 3D-printed orthotic insoles can be offered after your musculoskeletal assessment for an additional fee. This thorough evaluation acts as your pathway to effectively addressing your concerns and ensuring a smoother recovery!

Salicylic Acid Therapy (£50)
Is a solution that is applied to the surface of a verruca to help eliminate it, fostering natural healing and stimulating the immune system to combat the virus.
Verrutop ( From £55)
The treatment is provided in the clinic, and patients should apply surgical spirit to the affected areas twice a day. The procedure is quick and simple, making it an ideal choice for those seeking an effective, non-invasive option for dealing with stubborn verrucas.
The number of sessions needed may vary depending on factors such as the size, location, and duration of the verrucas. The price for the treatment is £55 for one ampule. If more ampules are required, an additional charge of £10 will apply for each extra one. Treatments are generally scheduled every two weeks in the clinic.
Cryotherapy (£75)
The time required to freeze the area will depend on its size and location, with larger lesions necessitating more treatment time. The procedure begins with the lesion being reduced using a scalpel. Once frozen, a small scab or blister usually develops. Due to the use of extreme cold, the procedure can be uncomfortable, and patients may experience some discomfort in the days following the treatment.
Faulkner's needling (£260)
This is a highly effective treatment that is quick and painless. Performed under local anesthesia, it involves using a needle to puncture the infected skin multiple times. This process exposes the verruca virus to the immune-rich layer of subcutaneous fat, triggering an immune response that aids in reducing the verruca. Price includes procedure and follow up appointment.

Nail surgery is a procedure that involves the removal of part or all of a toenail, typically considered when other treatment options have failed. Depending on the condition, the surgery may involve a Partial Nail Avulsion (PNA), which removes a section of the nail, or a Total Nail Avulsion (TNA), where the entire nail is taken out. To help prevent the regrowth of the removed nail portion, a chemical called Phenol may be applied, depending on the reason for the surgery.
Before undergoing the procedure, patients will have a thorough consultation and health evaluation to ensure they are suitable candidates. This appointment will cover the details of the surgery and the aftercare involved.
One toe (£375)
Additional toes (£150)
This price covers the procedure as well as two follow-up check-ups. Additionally, you will receive a treatment pack containing all the necessary supplies for wound care.
